Rielle Wine and Food Pairing
Our wines are crafted with great care to sumptuously pair with fine food.
We have compiled a number of our favorite recipes that we have enjoyed with our wines. Of course, holiday meals are special opportunities to prepare dishes to celebrate with family and friends, when paired with wine we raise a meal to a true celebration. I grew up in a very large extended family where food and wine were central to our gatherings. My Italian father insisted that we always had an abundance of food on the table and my English/Irish mother (who was very talented in all the arts, including cooking made it her goal to be a better Italian cook than any of her inlaws) and insisted that every dish served with style. Sharing wine and food and love of family and friends are what I think of during the holidays.
