Rielle Zinfandel Chocolate Sauce:   We made a chocolate sauce from our 2005 Sonoma County Zinfandel and it is fantastic.  Pour it over ice cream top with raspberries and you have an elegant dessert.

 
Ingredients:  Sugar, Corn srup, Rielle Wines 2005 Sonoma County Zinfandel, Dutch Chocolate, Chocolate, Cocoa Liquor, Sugar, Cream, Lecithin,  Alc. 4.8% by vol, 12.5 oz, 375ml.
